Halloween Decorations
Before you start your Halloween decorating take a few minutes to decide what type of decorations you want to use and where you will be placing them. Whether you decide on cute, friendly ghosts or large, scary ghouls you will find there are many different types of decorations to choose from.
If you are going to decorate outside as well there are many decorations such as hanging wreaths for your door, Halloween lights, carved and lit pumpkins or spider webs to let others know you are celebrating.
The best Halloween decorations are those that you create yourself. If you have children they will surely enjoy making some ghoulish looking decorations to create that wonderful Halloween atmosphere around your home. Not only are they fun to make but they are also inexpensive and perfect if you are on a budget. You only need a few simple materials such as coloured papers (orange, black and white are the most important for Halloween), paints, glue, tape scissors etc and of course just a little bit of imagination to create really fun decorations for your house.
Get your children to make a list of all the Halloween things they can think of and create some decorations to hang from the ceiling. These can be ghosts, monsters, pumpkins, black cats, witches, skull and crossbones or anything you can think of. These could also be put together to create mobiles with some sticks and twine.
