Although Halloween costumes can be expensive you needn’t spend a huge amount if you are on a budget. If you are creative you may be able to make your own using some fabric and accessories. Even if you are just doing it for fun, creating your own costumes with your children is a wonderful way to get them using their imagination, being creative and it’s also a great way to spend some quality and fun time together.
